Support mention-style links that point to the Help Center root page

We need the ability to create dynamic mention links (using the @ syntax) that link directly to the Help Center’s main landing page and article selection (collection pages), not just individual articles.

This would prevent hard-coded root URLs from breaking during domain changes and would simplify internal navigation by allowing a stable, domain-agnostic reference to the Help Center homepage.
