Support Messenger widget configuration via URL for embeddings

When embedding the Portal with the Messenger widget, it doesn’t allow additional configuration that would be available when implementing on a custom page.

Hence only way to modify it (i.e. hiding the launcher icon, etc) would be via URL search params.
