API Access for Filtered Support Statistics

I need a way to independently access and export filtered conversation data, ideally via an API, to automate our monthly billing process.

Currently, I cannot filter Support Stats by custom tags or team inboxes (e.g., 'XYZ' tag/inbox) to count conversations for specific clients for billing purposes.

This requires manual data extraction from support, which is not sustainable for recurring monthly needs.
