Synchronized Notification Dismissal Across Devices

I would like notifications for new support messages to be automatically dismissed on my mobile device once I have responded to the message on my desktop.

Currently, I receive notifications on both devices, and responding on one does not clear the notification on the other, leading to redundant checks.
