I want to receive a Telegram notification instead of an email when a customer sends a new message. This is preferred for real-time alerts and to keep my inbox clear.
Like if I get a notification from Sentry, i can get that in a telegram chat, that way we can instantly react on that. Having the same for featurebase would be nice!
Since the current notifications via the app are flaky.
