Ticket System Slack Integration for Back-Office Tickets

It would be awesome if you had a Slack integration so that team members could submit Back-Office Tickets directly from Slack. That way it’s one less URL / bookmark to save.

Be great to be able to integrate a form and a button similar to Slack Workflows that allows a user straight from Slack to be able to submit a Back-Office Ticket.

My goal:
I need an interface similar to the public support tickets for back-office tickets so that i can give a URL out to the internal team and say, have a request? submit it here. a slack integration would make it even easier.

because i get everything from "can you move this button over 10px" to "my entitlements aren't working in my subscription" to "here's a really cool idea i think you should implement" and it is HARD HARD HARD to create one location that can handle all of those requests elegantly. but you are pretty darn close with the ticket / feedback combo.
