There should be some similar popup or notification to the automatic board suggestion in the inbox that triggers when it identifies a potential feature request or idea in the support conversation.
When conversations are past Fibi and in the hands of support agents, customers can still often suggest relevant features and it would be great to prompt agents to note them down automatically.
For example in this chat, in this chat it would have been perfect to notify our support agent about tracking the latter down as a post:
