[Transcripts API support] for automated feedback post creation suggestions

I would like to integrate with the Featurebase API to read all existing feedback and also add new feedback notes.

My goal is to use a separate AI tool to read transcripts and other communications, generate feedback, and then upload these automatically generated feedback notes to Featurebase via the API.

    Hey everyone!

    We've expanded feedback collection through the API as part of Feedback 2.0!

    You can read existing Requests and create new ones from feedback prepared by your own AI tool. You can also send raw transcripts directly to Featurebase for Autopilot to extract and organize feedback according to your workspace settings.

    To get started, open Settings → Workspace → Developers → API. Use request mode for prepared Requests or feedback mode for raw customer feedback and transcripts.
