Update Help Center SEO optimization policy on free plan

According to this Help Center article, search engine indexing is only enabled on paid plans.

But on the Pricing page, there is a checkmark in the feature comparison table indicating that the Help Center module on the free plan is SEO-optimized.

This seems like a contradiction, so maybe one of the pages is outdated.
