User Analytics Dashboard (Ticket Volume & Request Frequency)

I want a dedicated user analytics dashboard to track individual user metrics. Specifically, I need to see how many tickets each user opens, the frequency of their requests, and other aggregated user-side metrics to better understand user engagement and support needs. Currently, I can only see agent-side performance, but I need a way to compare these metrics across my entire user base without checking individual profiles one by one.
