View-only Team access for Lite users

I want Lite users to be able to see all tickets for a specific brand or segment in their inbox without needing to be @mentioned or assigned. Currently, Lite users cannot be added to teams, which prevents them from seeing filtered ticket views in their inbox. This would help cross-functional collaborators (like account managers) track relevant tickets more easily.
