When Fibi closes chats - make the event description more verbose

We're experiencing confusion when Fibi AI automatically closes stale chats, as it currently shows "Unknown user closed the conversation."

This makes it appear as if a human user ended the chat, which can lead to misinterpretation of conversation statuses.

More descriptive or verbose event log would suffice:

Fibi Bot closed the conversation

or

AI closed the conversation
