[Wokflows Improvements] Rule for re-opened chat and more accurate time rules/conditions

It would be good to have more flexible settings:

  • In addition to the first message from the user, have a trigger for a new message in a reopened chat

  • Have a rule “user message without response for N minutes/hours”

Currently, there is an option for a new chat, as well as checking the last reply more or less than .. days ago.

There is currently no option to go by steps like :

There is a new message from the user in re-opened chat -> No reply from support for N minutes -> Forward to Fibi
