[Workflow Trigger Conditions] Support Regex Matching for “Current page URL” Trigger Conditions

Add a new “matches regex” operator for string-based trigger rules in page-visit automations, enabling precise, segment-aware URL matching beyond simple “contains”.

This would allow patterns like https://example.com/abc/*/xyz or others.
