Link posts to changelogs to notify relevant users

Hi,

Here’s another small QoL improvement I’d love to see.

I’d like to link a changelog to posts. When we ship something, I'd love to connect my changelog with the relevant posts, and the users who submitted or voted on those posts would get notified that we shipped something they might be interested in.

      Hey, i think you missed a part about this request. It’s amazing that you can (at) posts now in changelogs but the key detail of this request is linking the changelog also to the post. would love to see this also :)

        A yeah, I didn’t quite catch that function from the get-go. That other post explains it well. I’ll merge them!

    @Markus from Featurebase @Bruno from Featurebase Are you thinking about showing the changelog references within the post or in the API result this would enable users to see when this was changed or if there are multiple updates reference to it
