    Bring back the AI answers in the help search bar.

    I understand that the AI bot is there to help with questions but we really really liked how searching for help articles could give you an AI generated answer. This is something that differentiated Featurebase out from the thousands of AI support agents.

    Not everyone likes talking to a bot and some people go straight to searching for documentation. This feature was great solution for those people and even I used it all the time.

    It’s so important that we have even kept the module in our app alongside the support platform.

    We’re missing this a lot since we deployed the new chat. We had to actually also keep the old widget in place because when people just want to quickly find answers that we well documented, they really shouldn’t need to start a chat. It just generates a ton of noise for the support team.

    Essentially the “search for help” in the unified widget is now a lot less useful compared to before. It would be great if it provide AI generated answers.
