Feedback Card for Messenger
The old All-In-One widget lets users submit feedback and new ideas directly from the widget. We’ve configured it so there’s a button for new ideas and to submit issues. Currently, the new support widget home cards do not support this, so we would lose this key capability if we switch over.

Feedback Widget: direct link to Feedback Portal missing
Currently, the only way to open the feedback portal from the feedback widget is after the user has submitted feedback. There should be a simple way to open the portal without submitting anything first, for users who just want to browse or vote on existing ideas.

We can’t use the messenger as long as both widget are not consolidated. The feedback collection is our priority 1 and we don’t want to use 2 widgets in our app. Any updates on this topic?

Having the option of creating a 'Ticket' item without the customer sending an email or chat.
It would be nice to be able to log phone conversations for example in the same place as getting your emails and chats.

Leave Feedback should be integrated into Messenger
Should have an option to leave feedback directly in the Featurebase Messenger instead of having to redirect to the Feedback page.

Feedback & Roadmap tab for the live chat widget
Since it replaces the all in one widget, it should also have the feedback tab
