Option to add people to CC and BCC when starting a message
There should be an option to add people to CC and BCC when starting messages in the Inbox as an admin.
Then, there should also be an option to “Send separately”.

CC other users
I want to be able to allow users to cc or include others in a ticket so they are all notified just like you can when raising a ticket via email
