Metadata field support for the widget

If the widget is being used on different platforms, or by multiple solutions under the same organization, then metadata fields would help identifying - where the conversation is coming from

    You can now see the pages a user or lead recently visited while chatting with them in the Inbox, among some extra data that we started tracking automatically (e.g. browser version, OS, etc.)

    It would be interesting to be able to use the same metadata as for posts in the chat support module.
    My use case is to be able to attach :

    • OS and Browser version

    • a session replay links

    • the url last page viewed by the user

    • the name of the last item seen by the user
