Many exciting updates from the support platform side again! We’ll also have a separate changelog about the feedback module & other updates soon.
Let’s get into it!

You can now seamlessly migrate your knowledge base with one click from Intercom, Zendesk, and Crisp with the same exact structure and zero data loss, by using our automatic importers.
Access the importers from Settings → Help Center → Import from other apps. Simply paste your old help center’s link into the importer, and our system will handle the rest.
If you are coming from another tool, you can use our API + AI formatter to migrate. We’d also love to hear any other one-click importers we should do here →

Block any abusive, offensive, or spammy users straight from the Inbox. All of the information stored about that user, including their messages, will be archived from Featurebase.
You can see the full list of blocked users and easily unblock anyone from Settings → Banned Users → Messenger.

Conversation data attributes (CvDAs) let you store structured information about each support conversation, such as product area, issue type, or urgency.
In the near future, you’ll be able to use these to run automations, filter conversations, create custom inbox views, and much more.
Support inboxes can now be reordered & pinned
Fibi AI agent now fully respects custom snippets and data
Customers now appear as the main users in email-forwarded conversations from your teammates
