Once you enable the support platform, the Messenger widget will automatically show up in your Help Center so customers can reach out to your team with their questions from anywhere in your Help Center!
I could see it being useful to support our surveys on the Help Center (What are surveys?)

Yeah, would be great if the user can write their questions and leave their email so that we can answer if they don’t find the answer on the helpcenter.

I also created another post on natively supporting Featurebase surveys in the help center to proactively trigger specific questions.
