It’s a pretty glaring / show-stopping issue. If someone is authenticated, you know who they are, if they send you an email they should never appear as undefined. It’s unfortunately these kinds of bugs that make it impossible for us to adopt Featurebase today. The all-in-one nature is great, but we cannot adopt a platform that sacrifices basic shared-inbox workflow.
