Support AND / OR filter groups on roadmap creation

Hello, we are using Featurebase's localization feature to allow users to view specific values on a single board through filters(by tag).

However, for our roadmap, we need to create filter settings that can handle four scenarios based on platform (PC/Mobile) and language (Ko or non-Ko).

Currently, the filter by default works as OR condition, so we cannot create views that are both tagged as Mobile and Ko simultaneously. It would be greatly appreciated if you could support AND conditions in the filter settings as well.
