Requests filter rework
Rework Filtering in Requests and Roadmaps so teams can find and combine the information they need through one consistent filter menu:
Filter options
Status - select individual workflow statuses.
Status type - select broad workflow types, covering all statuses within each type.
Category - select one or more categories.
Labels - select individual labels or a whole label group. Selecting a group matches any label within it. Support “No label,” including no label within a specific group.
Form fields - filter by the request’s custom field values, with operators appropriate to each field type.
Insights - filter by the number of linked insights, including zero, minimum, maximum, and ranges.
Impact - Filter by the individual follow-up answers, including unanswered. Keep these separate from the combined Importance score used for ordering.
Importance
Urgency
Usage frequency
Requesters - match customers who requested the feature.
Count - minimum, maximum, exact count, or range.
MRR - the MRR of requesters
Customer - select specific requesters.
Company - select companies represented by requesters.
Segment - requesters belonging to selected segments.
Customer attributes - attributes of the requesters.
Company attributes - attributes of the requesters’ companies.
Author - match the request’s author.
Customer - select the author.
Company - the author’s company.
Segment - segments the author belongs to.
Customer attributes - the author’s attributes.
Company attributes - attributes of the author’s company.
Assignee - select teammates, including “Me” and “No assignee.”
Dates - Provide relative presets and “Custom date or timeframe.” Support before, after, and between, plus “Not set” where relevant. Due dates also need future presets and “Overdue.” Treat time in status as a duration, with minimum, maximum, and range options.
Due date
Created date
Updated date - latest change to the request’s content or properties.
Status updated date - latest workflow status change.
Completed date - latest transition into a completed status.
Triaged date - when the latest required triage review was completed.
Time in current status - elapsed time since entering the current status. Comments and other edits must not reset it.
Visibility
Visible on portal
Author only
Internal
Source - multi-select the channels where feedback originated (e.g. Slack, Public portal, Support, and Feedback widget). A request can match multiple sources through its linked feedback. Include “No source” for missing origin data.
Integrations - select an integration, such as Jira or Linear, then filter for linked or unlinked requests.
Filter behavior
Support AND / OR groups, including nested groups.
Support inclusion and exclusion. Labels should support matching any, all, or none of the selected labels.
Requester filters match at least one requester. Combined conditions within one requester group must match the same customer and their company.
Show a short initial list in customer and company selectors before typing, then allow search.
Make the whole filter menu searchable, including nested options.
Save filters with saved views. Relative date filters should update automatically over time.
Use consistent filtering in Requests and Roadmaps. Additional roadmap filters should narrow the roadmap’s configured scope.

PinnedHey everyone!
We've reworked filtering in Requests & Roadmaps as part of Feedback 2.0!
It now supports a ton more filters, and you can combine filters with AND/OR groups, including nested conditions, in the dashboard. Filter by status, labels, form fields, requesters, companies, dates, linked integrations, and more, then save the combination as a view.
Open Requests and click the filter icon to find a field, or choose Advanced filter to combine conditions. The same controls are available on your dashboard Roadmaps. 🙌

Improve company & users filters UI
The UI for company & users filters is confusing and poor because user has to know which company he is searching for.
It should show a list of options by default like with other filters

Filter & prioritize feedback by synced custom attributes
Our customer base spans multiple industries. We want to filter by industry to identify the specific needs within each sector and determine which industries have the highest demand.
This insight will guide us in developing new features tailored to our ideal customer profile.

Filter and Sort work items by "Status Modified Date"
I want to see which work items that was marked done this month.
It is important to have a "status modified date" field or filter to track when a work item's status was changed (e.g., to "Done") for reporting purposes.

Filter by Vote Count
Would be great to filter by the number of votes.
I would love to combine this with Sort posts by date so I can look at older posts within a certain amount of votes.

Ability to filter feedback by source (Zendesk, public portal, etc)
The main goal for us would be to know if the feedback was written by a customer or an agent. It would help to be able to refine all post written by agents, and make them more user friendly.

Hey Alex!
Thanks for your feature request.
That’s a good idea and would make sense. Opening it up to collect some more upvotes, before we can prioritize it. You'll be notified when we start working on it!

Filter or Icon to Identify Posts Linked or Unlinked with Integrations
I need a filter or an icon to easily see which requests are linked or unlinked to integrations like Jira, to improve visibility and management of our requests.

Support AND / OR filter groups on roadmap creation
Hello, we are using Featurebase's localization feature to allow users to view specific values on a single board through filters(by tag).
However, for our roadmap, we need to create filter settings that can handle four scenarios based on platform (PC/Mobile) and language (Ko or non-Ko).
Currently, the filter by default works as OR condition, so we cannot create views that are both tagged as Mobile and Ko simultaneously. It would be greatly appreciated if you could support AND conditions in the filter settings as well.

Hey Jean, thanks for reporting this. I definitely see the need for that in the near future, but before we can prioritize it, we’d like to see some more demand for it.
Just FYI: I changed the title to describe the feature request better so others may also find it.
In the meantime, we are launching automated feedback translations in a couple of days, which should eliminate your need to have separate roadmaps for languages. :)
Hope this helps!
