The Messenger

Provide frictionless support directly from your product, with the new Messenger widget, which allows your customers to chat with you, view help articles, access changelog updates, submit feedback, and more.

It’s the most customizable live chat widget on the market. It supports custom themes and offers tons of other options to fit right into your brand.


Fibi AI Agent

Fibi is a powerful AI agent that helps you automatically resolve customer questions, submit feedback to voting boards, and soon even run custom workflows like extending trials and routing conversations to the right teammate – all without you lifting a finger.

In addition to learning from your existing conversations, Fibi has full context from your entire Featurebase workspace: Help Center articles, feedback posts, changelogs, roadmaps, and more. That means it knows which features are live, which bugs are already reported, and what updates are coming – so every reply is accurate, relevant, and actually helpful.


The Inbox

We designed the Inbox to help your team respond fast and automate support with AI. You can instantly draft AI replies, turn messages into feedback posts, and mention help articles.

In addition to that, it supports all of the regular stuff, like mentioning teammates, assigning conversations, creating notes, setting office hours, and much more.

Email support

Answer and manage your customers’ support emails straight from your Featurebase Inbox. Just connect your support email (e.g. support@yourcompany.com) and centralize all support in one place – ready to assign, respond to, and organize just like any other message.

AI replies & macros

AI replies and macros are one of the most powerful features of the Featurbase Inbox, enabling you to answer customers in just seconds with CMD+K on Mac (CTRL+K on Windows).

Macros are reusable message templates, while AI replies enable you to instantly draft responses using all available context, like the chat history, name, and your help center articles.

Native ticketing & feedback collection

The Inbox is seamlessly integrated with your feedback portal & roadmap. Since everything is within Featurebases’ ecosystem, you can easily view the user’s feedback, create new requests, or subscribe them to existing ones to keep them updated.

Fibi AI Agent will also automatically create posts on behalf of customers if they indicate that they want to submit a feature request.

Lastly, with the introduction of the new Messenger widget, the All-In-One Widget will be deprecated and will no longer receive any updates.
