Support suite

The time has come. We’re finally ready to introduce you to the Featurebase Support platform!
The Support platform lets your team help customers from anywhere with a unified Inbox and automate support with powerful AI agents. It’s fast, modern, and built for collaboration.
Included in all of your plans ✨
Cut the sky-high Intercom, Zendesk, and [insert tool] bills. Bring your support to Featurebase and have all of your customer-facing tools in one place, natively designed to work together.
Get started here: Support your customers

Provide frictionless support directly from your product, with the new Messenger widget, which allows your customers to chat with you, view help articles, access changelog updates, submit feedback, and more.
It’s the most customizable live chat widget on the market. It supports custom themes and offers tons of other options to fit right into your brand.

Fibi is a powerful AI agent that helps you automatically resolve customer questions, submit feedback to voting boards, and soon even run custom workflows like extending trials and routing conversations to the right teammate – all without you lifting a finger.
In addition to learning from your existing conversations, Fibi has full context from your entire Featurebase workspace: Help Center articles, feedback posts, changelogs, roadmaps, and more. That means it knows which features are live, which bugs are already reported, and what updates are coming – so every reply is accurate, relevant, and actually helpful.

We designed the Inbox to help your team respond fast and automate support with AI. You can instantly draft AI replies, turn messages into feedback posts, and mention help articles.
In addition to that, it supports all of the regular stuff, like mentioning teammates, assigning conversations, creating notes, setting office hours, and much more.

Answer and manage your customers’ support emails straight from your Featurebase Inbox. Just connect your support email (e.g. support@yourcompany.com) and centralize all support in one place – ready to assign, respond to, and organize just like any other message.
AI replies and macros are one of the most powerful features of the Featurbase Inbox, enabling you to answer customers in just seconds with CMD+K on Mac (CTRL+K on Windows).
Macros are reusable message templates, while AI replies enable you to instantly draft responses using all available context, like the chat history, name, and your help center articles.
The Inbox is seamlessly integrated with your feedback portal & roadmap. Since everything is within Featurebases’ ecosystem, you can easily view the user’s feedback, create new requests, or subscribe them to existing ones to keep them updated.
Fibi AI Agent will also automatically create posts on behalf of customers if they indicate that they want to submit a feature request.
We have tons of exciting plans for it, including AI automations, new integrations, and more ecosystem advantages:
Custom (AI) workflows – Automate support by letting Fibi extend trials, offer discounts, automatically assign conversations based on rules, and much more
Slack integration – Sync your Slack channel to Featurebase Inbox to provide support seamlessly to Slack users from Featurebase
Discord integration – Sync your Discord channel to Featurebase Inbox to provide support seamlessly to Discord users from Featurebase
And much, much more exciting stuff. We’re also eager to hear your ideas 👈
You can now send yourself a preview email before publishing the changelog
Filtering by user segments now includes posts upvoted by those users, not just ones they created
Admins are no longer automatically included in all segments by default
Fixed double-counting of revenue from users in the same company
SSO users can no longer see the option to edit their username or password
Post moderation moved inside the Feedback module tab
Notifications can now be accessed from the bottom-left corner
Comment moderation view has been reworked to show previous replies and the feedback/changelog post the comment was made on
Lastly, with the introduction of the new Messenger widget, the All-In-One Widget will be deprecated and will no longer receive any updates.
We’re always super excited about these updates, but this one is the biggest one we’ve ever made. We’ve been sitting in our caves coding away for months. 😅
We invite you all to give it a try! Seriously, save that big pile of money from your Intercom and other support bills. This will be included by default in all of your plans.
