Customizing the default Feedback Portal’s text

To customize your Feedback Portal’s texts:

1. Go to Settings → Feedback & Roadmaps → Management → Boards

2. Edit the desired fields under the typography section

You can also have different texts based on the feedback boards:

1. Go to Settings → Feedback & Roadmaps → Management → Boards

2. Click Edit next to the desired board

3. Click ‘Show advanced settings’

4. Customize the texts under ‘Override default greeting message & button tex’

5. Click Save changes
