Disabling the Help Center

Here's how to completely disable the Help Center from being shown to your users.

Removing the help center module from the public portal in settings.

To completely disable the Help Center and hide it from your public portal:

  1. Go to Settings → Branding → Portal menu

  2. Click Delete

You can always re-enable it from the same place by clicking the ‘Add link / module’ on the top right.
