Optional field for changelog entries to enter a product version
For customers with on-premise installations, it is useful to know from which product version a certain feature is available. Therefore I would like to have an optional field "Version" which should be visible in the changelog. There should be a filter to select all changes which are available for a specific version. An alternative would be if custom tags could also be used for the changlog, so we could use custom tags for versions but they could be used for anything else as well. Again a filter for custom tags would be necessary then.

Enable subdirectory hosting of changelog instead of subdomain
Instead of using changelog.domain.com, it'd be great to use domain.com/changelog or a customizable directory. Intercom currently supports this and would love it for SEO purposes. Subdomains while OK for SEO dont contribute to root domain as they're considered separate sites.

Allow surveys to be sharable via links such that we can get survey feedback via email or other means, asides just via the website integration.

Journeys - multi-step Outbound campaigns
Support building automated multi-step customer journeys by connecting chats, banners, emails, and surveys in a visual flow. Each step should support delays, conditions, and different paths based on user attributes, events, or interactions with earlier messages. This would make it easy to create onboarding, activation, upgrade, and re-engagement campaigns without managing every message separately.

View bounced & unsubscribed email addresses from changelog
It would be great if we could see a list of all the email addresses where the changelog emails bounced, this way we can ensure that these emails are removed from the list of subscribers and we don’t repeat sending an email to a bounced email address in future posts. This would be beneficial to us (the end-user) and yourselves as this potentially could impact our email score and would save you (featurebase) in total emails sent.
Show authors name on Changelog
I would like to show which person is writing changelog, same like on other posts. Especialy in cases, like ours, where we use changelog for more types of content.

I want to be able to disable comments on the changelog while keeping reactions enabled. Currently, the "Disable Collaboration" toggle is binary and disables both, but I only want to moderate/disable the comments.

Enable users to rename the "Changelog" tab within the Featurebase widget to a custom name, such as "News" or "Updates," to better align with their branding and communication strategy.
Customize Changelog Page Subtitle/Description
Users need the ability to edit or customize the descriptive sentence that appears directly under the main 'Changelog' title on the changelog page. This would allow for greater branding consistency and the ability to provide more specific context to their users.

Show Update categories in in-app widgets
Update categories should be visible across all in-app Update surfaces, including the Messenger Updates tab, Update popup, Update card, and standalone Update widget. Showing categories such as New feature, Improvement, Beta, or Maintenance helps users immediately understand what an Update is about. On compact cards, additional categories can be collapsed into a +N categories label. The full Update view should show every assigned category using its configured name and color.

Link posts to changelogs to notify relevant users
Hi, Here’s another small QoL improvement I’d love to see. I’d like to link a changelog to posts. When we ship something, I'd love to connect my changelog with the relevant posts, and the users who submitted or voted on those posts would get notified that we shipped something they might be interested in. Rework changelog widget unviewed items
Currently, there are a couple of problems with the changelog widget: Track views per user We don’t track changelog views per user. It’s currently per device. Ideally, everything should be tracked per user and fall back to the per-device setup if no user is provided. Make unviewed changelog count better Currently, the unviewed changelog count implementation is bad and could be improved. Posts talking about issues with the count: @`fb-update-badge` - event as well? Getting the unviewed changelog count via the SDK could work for more advanced setups: Featurebase(“get_unviewed_changelog_count”, {…}) We should probably emit an event if the unviewed changelog count changes so people with more advanced setups can listen for the change and display the count accordingly.
