Different logo & colors for dark/light mode
As far as I can tell, right now you only support one logo and one main color. It would be ideal if we could add a dark mode logo and primary color, and light mode logo and primary color. That way when the UI changed for each users theme settings things would look good.

Embed other live chat platforms to Featurebase's portal
Admins could choose which chatbot they are using (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot, Crisp, Zendesk) and enter the chatbot’s identifier to connect it to their public board. The list of chatbots is to be determined, so feel free to comment on this post with a chatbot that you would like to see.

Manually delete & merge companies/users
Add ability to save edits, delete, and merge companies There is currently no way to delete or merge companies once they've been created, and no explicit save button when editing company details. Because companies are created at the user level (often via a text field with browser autocomplete/autocorrect interfering), it's easy to accidentally create duplicates or misspelled variants. For example, you can end up with three entries — "TEAMW", "Team Work", and "TeamWork C" — all representing the same company. Today, you can go back to individual users and update their company assignment, but the orphaned/duplicate company records remain in the system with no way to clean them up. This leads to a cluttered, inaccurate company list. What we'd like: A Save button on the company detail/edit view to confirm changes explicitly An Delete company option to remove companies that were created in error A Merge companies function to consolidate duplicates into a single record (reassigning all associated users automatically) This would give admins basic housekeeping control over their company list and prevent the inevitable data quality issues that come from the current creation flow

Set different brand color for light and dark theme
Even if you can find a nice color that works fine for both themes, it would be better to choose one color for the light theme and one for the dark one (bonus points for being able to switch between black and white for the title and description text). Thanks

Support a native integration between Heap and Featurebase. Connect Heap's product analytics so usage and behavioral data can guide which feature requests get prioritized, and analyze Featurebase activity alongside Heap events.
