Better experience for "multi-product" companies
Hi, As we've been using this platform for quite some time already, and with an obvious goal of expanding the services and features which we provide to our users - I feel like there is a need for a better support/experience for companies offering multiple products or categories of features to their users. At the moment the solution for this is to use tags, and filter by them. But when a community gets bigger that is not the best and most clear solution. The possible solution for this is to allow companies to "add" products in dashboard, and then each of those products would have their own feedback board and roadmap. While also having the option to view the feedback board and roadmap for all the products at once. I've made a small sketch to explain the concept easier:
Integration with Freshdesk for feedback
It would be great if you could integrate with freshdesk. It would be more convenient to work with questions or bugs that users write directly to the board. With integration, the question or bug could be sent directly to the freshdesk and handled as part of the technical support.
Mixpanel Integration
Like the Segment integration, it would be great to be able to integrate using Mixpanel's javascript SDK. This would allow us to track users and events such as upvoting and leaving feedback and allowing for the identify functionality also. Im voting for this because Segment is expensive, and adds a new layer to our data pipeline, where we could just import events straight into mixpanel.

Easily push old Jira issues to Featurebase to capture feedback for them.
Post with e-mail only (without password)
Currently there is an option to sign in with e-mail and password or to allow anonymous postings. There should be a third option to allow new submissions or upvotes with e-mail address only. Users can add submissions or vote without registration, but they have to enter an e-mail address An email is sent to them, and they have to confirm the action with a link which is sent in the mail

Update Discord Notification Webhook integration to support moderation.
Currently, we utilize the Discord notification webhook to inform our users about new feature requests. However, some of these requests are more akin to technical issues specific to certain users rather than general feature ideas. To manage this, we use the moderation tool on our board. It would be amazing to extend this functionality to the Discord notification webhook as well. Specifically, we wish to share only approved posts with our Discord community, rather than every post that is created. I haven't found an option to adjust the webhook settings for this purpose.
Custom feedback scoring setups
There should be 1 simple way to set up the scoring method you prefer using custom post fields. Custom fields can be both public and internal, making them the perfect choice for them. We also already support number custom fields. To make them support different scoring setups like RICE, User impact score, and more, we should have these: Custom post fields visible in the dashboard view Sort based on custom fields There should be a way to set up an equation field that calculates the final value based on your inputted equation (be it RICE, Value/effort, etc.) This would make very comprehensive scoring setups possible, both customer-facing and internal, or both.
Otter.ai integration - log customer interview insights to Featurebase
It would be incredibly valuable if teams (PMs, UX Researchers, Sales, and Support) could seamlessly send customer interview insights from Otter.ai into Featurebase: Highlight specific parts of a transcript and select “Log to Featurebase” Use AI to automatically extract key insights from transcripts Match insights to existing feedback (as a private comment) or create a new feedback post if none exists. Automatically link the insight to the relevant customer, so they’re kept updated on future progress.
Aircall integration - log customer interview insights to Featurebase

Link one post to another
It would be good to have options to link one post to another in Featurebase, as now I have two post that are related and connected but can't put like "relationship" and link them together as part of one feature. I can put link but that's not good solution for me. I would like to see main post and connected post to that one. Something similar as "Task > Subtask" or even Relationship to Taks as Clickup has, but visible not hidden.
Help Scout integration for feedback
Would love to see an integration with Help Scout to quickly create / link feature requests from customer feedback.

It would be nice to sync selective comments between FB and Linear. All comments on a Post in FB to Linear with a link back to FB would be great.
Microsoft Teams integration for feedback
Would be nice to have a Teams integration similar to what you have for Slack.
Timeline View for Roadmap
I am not sure how it would fit graphically but it would be great if you would support timeline view on roadmap page.
